PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as Paypal. We currently do not accept cash or checks for online sales.

 

SHIPPING: How long will my order take to arrive?

We make your order by hand! This means that usually your piece is made-to-order and takes a couple of days usually to fabricate and then ships for FREE. In some cases, we are able to ship same-day so if you need something rushed, let us know!

With order fabrication and shipping, U.S. orders should arrive within 6-10 business days and Canadian orders within 7-14 business days, and International orders 1-3 weeks.

All orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail and Global Priority. Other methods of shipping may require an additional charge.

 

How much is postage?

DOMESTIC ORDERS - We offer FREE shipping on USPS Priority Mail shipping. 

We also offer UPS 2 Day shipping for $10 and UPS Overnight Shipping for $35 as well as a free local pickup or hand delivery option of $40 for local customers.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are charged per item: $35 for orders under $100, $55 for for orders under $200, $70 for for orders under $400, and $80 for orders over $400.  DHL International shipping. Taxes and duties included.

We now offer a $25 rush order charge if you need your order shipped within 1-2 days of ordering.

 

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

 

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?

Approved returns are eligible for returns or exchange. 

RETURNS must be made within 18 days of shipment of goods. For gifts, we accept returns for unworn, undamaged jewelry within 90 days of original purchase. THANK YOU!

 

How do I return or exchange an item I have ordered?

Please visit our Returns Portal here and let us know that you would like to make an Exchange or Return. The item MUST be returned to MEGHAN PATRICE RILEY in perfect condition. You will receive a pre-paid USPS return mailing label after your return or exchange is authorized. Please note that initial shipping costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from your return. If purchased at a market or pop-up, please email a copy of your PayPal receipt with a picture of the item you are returning! 

 

How long will my return take?

Return processing takes up to 7-10 business days!

 

How do I prepare my return package?

Please use the MPR Return Mailing Label provided here or ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.
